Indigenous Talent Development

Bridging Concepts helps build the community capacity of agencies to support clients, with varying stories across different ages, as they meaningfully prepare for the journey into the world. We build this capacity by providing training that weaves contemporary career readiness concepts with wholistic Indigenous worldview.

We offer a range of workshop options to help your organization enhance its ability to connect with individuals through relevant career conversations, including the following:

On-LOcation Workshops

Enhance the professional development of your organization by having Master Trainer, Trina Maher deliver a workshop in your location in the Guiding Circles/Active Engagement/Hope-Filled Engagement approach.

This approach uses Indigenous worldview as the foundation for career conversations and honours the individual’s story as the focus from which to develop their preferred future journey.

Special Event Workshops

Support the professional development of the participants at your special event by having Bridging Concepts develop a custom conference workshop.

In these workshops, we share a selection of career coaching ideas which combine contemporary client-focused approaches infused with an Indigenous worldview.

Sessions can be accommodated in-person or via webinar from 60 minutes to a half day in length.
